The USC Trojans have received quite a bit of bad press lately from the O.J. Mayo scandal, however, this definitely has not been the first blemish on the Trojans’ record.
One of our loyal readers - TommyC - sent us the following link to a story on Bruinsnation.com that includes a truly impressive amount of information “regarding the scandal, criminality, investigations, embarrassing incidents and other assorted black eyes that have plagued USC since Pete Carroll’s tenure began six years ago.”
We don’t want to say that USC may play a little fast and loose with the rules, but will instead let all of you make your own judgments after reading the linked story. Click on the picture of O.J. below to go to the story…

We would love to hear what you guys think about USC and their recent “issues” in the comments below.

Over the last few days, we have really seen an increase in the number of posts, links, etc., from ChillableHours.com on other websites. Along with almost every one of the posts comes a litany of comments from readers bragging about how well they did on the World Map test or the No Clue Crossword Puzzles.
So now, we have decided to post an item that will be a true test of our readers’ wits - the Mensa Workout.
Mensa is an organization formed by a bunch or smarties that according to their own website:
“provides a forum for intellectual exchange among members. Its activities include the exchange of ideas by lectures, discussions, journals, special-interest groups, and local, regional, national, and international gatherings; the investigations of members’ opinions and attitudes; and assistance to researchers, inside and outside Mensa, in projects dealing with intelligence or Mensa.”
A few instructions for the Mensa Workout:
You have half an hour to answer 30 questions. Answers to the questions and discussion of the answers are provided at the time you submit your answers. While there is a 30-minute time limit to take the test, the amount of time you actually take in no way affects your final score. This is due to the differences in transmission times on the internet, and server loads. If you have metered access to the Internet, once the Mensa Workout page is fully loaded into your browser, if you wish, you may disconnect from the Internet. When you have completed the test, you can then reconnect to submit your answers and receive your score.
As always, and especially on this one, let us know how you did in the comments.
